Green's Essentials Chocolate Cake

(1000W microwave oven)
Place cake mix, eggs, milk and margarine or butter into a large mixing bowl. Mix with a fork for 1 minute. Pour batter into a greased 20cm (8”) microwave safe ring pan. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan for 5 minutes, before inverting onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Prepare icing as directed on pack.
Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given may need adjusting to suit your particular oven.
When prepared according to standard pack directions (using polyunsaturated margarine and whole milk)
