Banana-Oat and Honey Cookies
You will need...
1 packet Green’s Sweet Banana Honey Muffin Mix
1/2 cup Lowan rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
60g butter or margarine, melted
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan forced). Grease 2 baking trays.
Mix
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
Shape teaspoons of mix into small balls, place onto lightly greased oven trays, press tops lightly with a fork.
Bake
Bake in oven at 180°C (160°C for fan forced) for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Enjoy
Allow to cool.
Makes 24 - 30 cookies.
