Butterfly Fairy Cakes
You will need...
1 packet Green's Essentials Vanilla Cake
300mL thickened cream
12 patty cases
(not included in cake
mix pack)
Prepare Cupcakes
Prepare and bake cupcakes as directed on pack.
Allow to cool.
Filling
Using an electric mixer, beat together cream and contents of icing sachet until light and fluffy.
Assemble
Cut small holes in top of cooled cupcakes, reserve tops.
Fill holes with cream mix.
Cut reserved cupcake tops in half and arrange on top of cream in a "wing" style.
Dust with sprinkles.
