Preheat
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan forced). Grease and flour a 20cm cake pan.
Mix
To a mixing bowl, add cake mix, almond meal, eggs, soft butter or margarine and milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Pour batter into 20cm round cake pan greased and floured.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan forced) for 35 - 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
For Icing
Combine contents of icing sachet with orange juice and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth paste forms.
Spread icing over the top of cake, once cake has cooled down.
