The Green’s Essentials Vanilla Cake is a deliciously light and moist multi-purpose vanilla cake which you can decorate anyway you like. Perfectly moist with plenty of vanilla flavour. The Greens Essentials Vanilla Cake is vegan suitable, simply substitute the eggs: per egg, mix 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds with 60mL water and allow to stand for 10 minutes. And for the butter and milk, simply replace with a non-dairy spread and a non-dairy milk. Proudly Australian owned.
