Triple Chocolate Trifle
A traditional dessert made even simpler with our ready-to-eat Triple Chocolate Lamingtons!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chilling Time: 2 hours
1 packet (270g) Green’s Triple Choc Lamingtons
1 packet (185g) Green’s Chocolate Mousse
1 ½ cups (375ml) milk
1 packet raspberry jelly, set according to manufacturer’s instructions
300ml bottle thickened cream, whipped
250g mixed fresh berries
1. Cut 3 of the Green’s Triple Choc Lamingtons into four fingers and place in the base of a 3-litre glass dish.
2. Make Green’s Chocolate Mousse according to packet instructions. Spoon over the lamington base. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Spoon jelly over the Green’s Chocolate Mousse and top with cream, fresh berries and last Green’s Triple Choc Lamington cut into slices . Serve.
For extra indulgence, drizzle ½ cup chocolate fudge sauce or topping over the Green’s Triple Choc Lamingtons in dish.
Feeling fancy? When spooning Green’s Chocolate Mousse over the Green’s Triple Choc Lamington base, ensure it reaches the side of the glass dish with no gaps. Make a double quantity of jelly and pour over while cooled but still liquid. Allow to set for 4 hours. Then top with cream and fresh berries.
